wedding dinner at mandarin oriental yesterday.
it was superb and made me feeling like getting married there too.

the groom gave the bride a surprise by singing a love song.
and he edited some parts too.
so sweet and the bride cried!

sushi, cold prawn, lobster and the hondeydew was super sweet.

this was good, it came like this no need to serve like always so troublesome.
sharkfin with scallop and abalone, really nice!


spinach with fish maw and abalone.
if you cant see clearly, the abalone is whole not the usual cut ones.


cereal prawn with honey sauce.


the size is quite big and it taste fantastic.


stew duck with red dates, chestnuts, yam and abalone again.
the duck was really tender.


cod fish with teriyaki sauce, nice too!
finally we get rid of those big whole fish and get something more modern instead yea?
lol, hahaha.


we get rid of those sickening e mee which i dun like too.
this is fried man tou with chilli crab.
the best thing is, you don't have to dirty your hands to eat.
they do it all nice for you.
just dip your yummy bun into the chilli crab sauce and use spoon to eat the meat.


the dessert and i swear i totally love this.
choco and mango moouse cake.
i wanna eat it now again, can i?

anyway, i told them before eating anything.
let me take a picture first and they started teasing me.
saying that i start to research now already.
so, in future i know which hotel food is good.
and worse of all, they force me to bring the menu home.
said that is easier to see in that way.

i was talking when one of the dish was serve.
and the waitress reminded me to take picture of the dish instead.
HAHAHAHA.
they told her that i am getting married soon and gotta do research.

everything was perfect yesterday night.
even our seats were superb, directly infront of the stage.
both my auntie said that the food was even better then shang rila.
woooo, anyway, i did enjoyed myself yesterday.
